- To be eligible, items must be:Unused and in the same condition that you received them.In their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- Certain items such as perfumes, personal care products, or items on final sale/discount are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
