1. Returns

• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
• To be eligible, items must be:Unused and in the same condition that you received them.In their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
• Certain items such as perfumes, personal care products, or items on final sale/discount are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email/phone.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
