• Remote/Non-Metro Areas: 5–8 business days.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen events.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
• Free shipping may be available during promotions or on minimum order values (details on website banners).

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available on select products and locations.
• Additional COD handling charges may apply.

6. Order Tracking

7. Delays & Exceptions

1. Returns

• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
• To be eligible, items must be:Unused and in the same condition that you received them.In their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
• Certain items such as perfumes, personal care products, or items on final sale/discount are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email/phone.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

3. Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong product was delivered.
